The venue of the meeting will be the Club Pollentia Resort.

This 4 Stars**** hotel is located in the North of Mallorca, between Alcúdia and Pollensa. Set between Ca’n Cap de Bou beach and S’Albufera Natural Park, the resort covers more than 85.000 m2, 15.000 of which compose the hotel facilities, the rest are gardens and green areas, with four large ponds where you can observe a variety of plants and fish from S’Albufereta.

The hotel provides tennis courts, a gym, a spa with indoor pools,  bicyles and surf boards can be rented.

Airport

Palma de Mallorca is very well connected with the rest of Spain and Europe (especially Germany, the UK, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia) with its “Son Sant Joan” international airport (airport code PMI), the only airport on the island of Mallorca. The airport is located 8 km east of Palma.

How to go from the airport to Club Pollentia and back

Bus

At the airport take the Bus Line A32 to Alcúdia, the stop is outside the Airport Arrivals’ Hall. Single fare ticket price is 8.00 EUR. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver (bills larger than 20 EUR are not accepted). Line 32 bus schedule and route can be found here (there are 10 daily connections between 8:55 and 21:40, travel time is 1 hour). From Alcúdia (Av. Rental car (free parking is available at the hotel)

Rental cars are relatively inexpensive in Mallorca compared with mainland Europe, but should be booked in advance.

Directions: From the airport, onto the motorway to Palma. Take the 2nd exit to the Ma-20/Via de Cintura to Andratx and continue around 40 km till exit towards Inca Pto. Alcudia. After the end of the motorway, drive always straight to Alcudia – Pto. Alcudia around 22 km until a roundabout where to Alcudia; from Alcudia, to Pto. Polensa. You’ll find the hotel after about 3 km on the left side in front of the sea.

Taxi

Taxis can be found also outside the Arrivals Hall. The ride will take about 45 minutes and the taxi will cost around 80 Euros (plus supplements for luggage, night time and Sunday rides) – we encourage taxi sharing or taking the bus.
