Please note that Mallorca is a major tourist destination, so we advise you to book well in advance.

We have reserved a number of rooms for October 29 – November 2 at special rates until October 14, at the Club Pollentia Resort**** with the travel agency DIPLOMATIC SERVICES.

Later bookings are possible, but availability of rooms can not be guaranteed.
If you wish to book extra nights, please contact the travel agent, who will quote the best hotel rate available.
We encourage you to stay a minimum of 3 nights. 

For Congress Registration* and Hotel Reservation, all participants must fill in the accommodation and registration form (complete with the invoice information) and return it no later than October 13th, 2018 by e-mail to: esperanza@diplomatic-services.com.

*There is a registration fee of 110€/participant that can be paid by Credit Card.

All rates are for twin rooms at ALL INCLUSIVE board basis, and include VAT and free WIFI. The different categories of rooms are:

Category MARIS (standard), 2 persons ……………………………. 143 Eur. per room /night

Category MARIS (standard), 1 person ………………………………… 96 Eur. per room /night

Category VILLAGE CLASSIC (superior),  2 persons ………….. 157 Eur. per room /night

Category VILLAGE CLASSIC (superior),  1 person………………112 Eur. per room /night

PLEASE NOTE :

• There is a LOCAL ECOTAX, not included in the above rates, which has to be paid by guests on arrival (check-in) = 3,30 Euros per person & night.
• The comsumptions at the minibar are included on the above rate.
• You can enjoy the All Inclusive services from your arrival until 14.00 on departure day (valid from 7.30 to 24.00 hrs)

ONE NIGHT Hotel cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations received from 15th October 2018. Cancellations on the same day of the arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
